As he said in the earlier vid, he's not a medic so he's not in a position to treat patients (ironic considering how much insight he has). He does seem to have connections to good Drs who do treat these illnesses though and I know he was at last years IIME conference so wouldn't be surprised if he's in this year's conference too.
