  • When you ride with the proper position and you spend time getting your horse to be responsive they will ride straight. Think about the biomechanics of your body and the horses body.

  • WOW !!! You are one talented rider ! Very rare to see someone like yourself on youtube. I hope you keep your kind ways and your love for the Horse throughout your brilliant career ahead of you. Your mare is magnificent , what a pair ! but I suspect that you can make any horse look good !

  • Great rider

  • @Friendly9593 you have to think about what is comfortable for the horse when you ride it.. Never jab them with the spurs unless the horse doesnt respond to your (very light) leg and seat aids. And be patient, it takes time to accomplish. Also you need to ride with an even contact, and do exercises such as shoulder-in and travers. Or perhaps you need to improve on your own position and straightness first

  • i love the way he doesnt hyperflex his horse (:

i hope to become this good with my little mare someday... i have plenty of time though, seeing as she is seven and i am only 16

  • Look up Colleen Kelly. I attended one of her clinics a few years ago. She is great at teaching rider biomechanics. Often times a horse has trouble with "straightness" because the rider is having trouble riding straight. We are intrinsically right or left handed/sided after all.

  • When I start a horse rather than trying to ride "20 meter circles" and "straight lines" I just take them out in the field and work on letting them find their balance under the rider, softening to the aids, lots of transitions and serpentine-type stuff. Once the basics are there and the horse is "on the aids" you just look straight ahead and it happens. DO NOT jab them with the spurs on both sides.

  • Just beautiful to watch, that Impulsion is amazing!

  • wow! nice mare with talent for passage and very good ridden! i´m training passage with ma mare too, but she isn´t that talented. 5* for you both

  • beautifully ridin its amazing wish you the best of luck when you compete deff first place to me
