A video I put together about a year ago to help launch group fitness training for Gold's Gym in ATX. Small group training is an excellent way to get educated, get results, meet like-minded individuals, and mix up your routine. Never let yourself get bored or fall into a rut in your workouts. Every few months, introduce yourself to something new and work at it for 6-12 weeks. Do this often enough, you will develop an exercise arsenal that you can string together to make some really exciting routines. Moreover, you will effectively develop the proper behavior to drive home sustainable health and fitness for a lifetime.
