White Ribbon Alliance News: Naomi Campbell visits hospital in Tanzania

In 2008 Naomi Campbell joined forces with White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood Global Patron Sarah Brown, wife of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. FFR once again took London Fashion Week's catwalk by storm with celebrities including Cheryl Cole, Erin O'Connor, Olympic heroes Rebecca Adlington and Sarah Ayton, Cilla Black and Lizzie Jagger taking to the stage to help raise crucial funds for the cause.

Naomi was honored as an official Ambassador for the White Ribbon Alliance at the April 2009 African First Ladies Summit in Los Angeles and she held another FFR in conjunction with the White Ribbon Alliance's Global Membership Annual General Meeting in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in November 2009.

As Naomi's work takes her around the globe where she is constantly on the go with editorials, shoots and fashion shows she is a voice for women around the world and a true Ambassador for the White Ribbon Alliance.

This video sees Naomi visit Temeke District Hospital, in Dar es Salaam and highlights Fashion for Relief Tanzania.
