Most forgotten and unfortunate people who have been compelled to live within 66 camps/slums in 13 different cities of Bangladesh for the last 40 years. These people are commonly known as Biharis/ Stranded Pakistanis. A population of almost 300,000 displaced people living a life that we can never imagine. They deserve our help, compassion, and support like other victims of adversity around the world. OBAT Helpers is the only US based nonprofit (tax exempt 501 (c) (3) organization) working exclusively since 2005 in these camps to restore the dignity and hope of people living here and to transform them from liabilities to assets.
