Typical clown who doesen't know what the heck he is talking about regarding the rich and their money. The money that is going into the elites' pocket is typically invested or placed in a savings account. Banks in turn loan that deposit out to companies who invest or to some inventer. Money just doesn't sit in the some rich guys pocket but does good.
