It looks like Lou, but they didn't put the rubber nose and forehead on him.
They just painted his face green. Looks better than the rubber crap.

@Incalmalixetho8 -- Well, if the Hulk look-alike in this Italian commercial looks nearly identical to Lou Ferrigno's Hulk, it highly suggests that Lou Ferrigno himself is of Italian descent. This is only a hypothesis. :-)

He looks better here than any of the God-Awful 80s reunion movies. And it's good to see he survived that nasty plane accident from that last disasterous TV movie.
