Specifically about Sobakasu, most of the higher-level players (yes, the ones who enjoy whoring Toccata, Agnus Dei, and other high-level songs) have been bitching, whining, moaning, and groaning Konami to it, so that they'd not get annoyed by it anymore.

Mmm...okay. Not denying the insidiousness of fanboyism, no way.
As for Sobakasu, damned if I know what that's all about. I think P.P.R. or Happy Man deserves the boot a *lot* more. (Dragon Blade hasn't been around that long; I can take a couple more mixes.)
I'm going to send you a private message about the whole "stealing artists" issue, which I knew NOTHING about before this site. It sounds fascinating and vaguely nauseating at the same time. :-)

1. Tell that to the pop'n fanboys who've been complaining that GFdm stole away Rurouni Kenshin, Naruto, FMA, Detective School Q, and Hello! Project. :P
2. But people have been bitching, whining, moaning, groaning, and demanding Mutsuhiko Izumi (or the suits in Konami, for that matter) to delete Sobakasu.
