    You have to make sure you have enough carbs in your system before you start working out so your body does not end up burning itself instead. Hope this helps

    If you're a skinny dude and want muscles you don't need to do this, you don't need the gym either.

    Daily push ups, sit ups, squats are the best choice for you.

    When you wake up in the morning, before showering, do some of these just to warm your body up. Later at the day, do the same thing only much more intense than in the morning. If you're skinny - you'll see improvement after 2 weeks already, as long as you do enough each time.

    6%-12% actually, well most soccer players and sports where you dont need to be massive like NFL and Rugby for fitness you nedd 13%-19% and average is 20%-25% :)

    they forget to mention that if you have no mass under the fat there is nothing to show My friend is all crazy about insanity, and he passed all the basic of bodybuilding ... If you can't do a proper squat or deathlift with a free bar why would you do insanity and all these 60 day transformations ... rly vids like these take people on the wrong path it is a long term walk, but some still don't get it and want results that other have train for decades in 2 months
