2) you said you might not film a video. i don't give characters to those who are not certain. it makes no sense for me to waste time creating characters that will not be used. it disturbs the balance and organization of my contest. :)

I did not specify any accents. Remember, YOU are the character. All the information I gave you is for sure, if I didn't say "she has a french accent" maybe she doesn't... it's up to you to do whatever the character does. Don't ask any specifications, like I said, YOU are the character.
