Seems like I can grow tomato with this system as well.
It took about 4 to 5 days before roots started to grow again. As roots grow, plant consumes more water so frequent re-fill is required since I used small reservoir. I am using Hyponica as nutrients. Dilute to 1000 times to original. Nitrogen contained in this Hyponica may cause leaf to curl if dilute to 500 times to original in the beginning. As roots settle and tomato starts to grow, may be better to dilute to 500th toward summer.
トマトのWindowfarnもどうやらいけそうです。 根が慣れてくるまでハイポニカ1000倍の方がよいと思います。 500倍だと葉が丸まってきたので急いで取り替えました。 身をつけてきたら500倍にするつもりです。

  • @tulisanTV u can use all kinds of medium, just look on google/youtube...lava rock, but that's sharp, probably the most available that will work for you is those bags of pea pebbles at home depot, they're actually a lot cheaper than the hydroton anyways...good luck with growing!

  • Hello there. I am from Tokyo. May i know where did you get your medium for growing hydroponic plants? I want to make one myself and i can't find clay pellets in my nearby local gardening store. Can you help me? Thanks!
