  • John, I wasn't worried about the photographer's "anatomy" being in the shot. I thought it was kinda funny because it looks like someone yanked him out of the way. I'm just glad one of the kids dancing around didn't bump the camera by accident...

But now who I know who it is standing there, I'm gonna bust his... well, butt... next year!

John, thank you again for putting on such an amazing event.... I had more fun than any festival I've been to ever!!!!

  • Also I apologize to the dig players and everyone else. When I hit record and hobbled onstage I didn't realize how many people there would end up being.

if I had known I would have panned the camera back. My apologies...

  • hey, I just wanted to say something... I was listening to this again and I realized I sound louder than a lot of the other flutes...

For the record I did not adjust the volume on the video.

Credit that to John Suttles, the Ozark Guru from Fallen Branch Flutes. This is a little High-E Sunflower Stalk flute he made that I'm playing, and had I known it was gonna sing out so loud I'd have backed off the mike a couple more inches...

For something so small it's an amazing flute.

    Thanks John!!!

  • Great Jim!

I wish that photographer would move, enough of his butt.

Wish I could have stayed through the jam.

  • I wish you hadn't had to take off....

  • very nice and well played unlike the noise played by david white cloud burkhart.

  • Good music, but it's hard to hear with that announcer constantly talking. He is quite annoying and really spoiled the positive vibe.

  • Sorry John, never imagined anybody finding butt offensive and it was certainly not used in a derogatory manner. Just goofing with my friend Jim.

My aplogies, I know how hard you guys worked and it is most appreciate by those that participated. Thanks for a great festival.

  • I'm sorry that the photographer interfered with your view, but he was the event's "official photographer" there at the request of the organizers to document the event, and was unaware that Jim had set up his unattended little camera behind him. Your derogatory reference to his "butt" is offensive. Please think before making such posts.

    John
