  • your description of the nails in the jars made me LOL cos I'm sure my Dad did something like that with his nails etc I was a good girl though and I was a Daddy's girl :P My Dad did die alone though having fallen out with us all at the end cos he drunk so much.

Agree with the John006a maybe you could narrate things on the radio or maybe cartoons as you sound really good, no bullshit!

Think how pissed off your family would be if you got well known on TV..... get right up their noses xx

  • I'm too old (57) to start out doing cartoon voices and narrations. This is a youth-only culture, and besides, it takes money to buy your way into ANYTHING. I've been on YouTube over two years and I have yet to be contacted by any agencies. I've been turned down 5 times for YouTube partnership. Much of the comments I recieve get deleted (by me) because they all say I am an old 90 year-old pedophile and a rapist and that I should get the Hell off YouTube and go die, etc.

  • Smerdley, I really admire your attitude after such a heartbreaking upbringing. I was born bipolar, eldest of 3 kids. My Brothers were golden, VIPs, valedictorians, super popular and the whole nine yards. I got the buckle side of the belt, bareassed, and backhanded all the time. When my Dad was dying, I tried to make up with him by telling him I loved him. He glared at me and wouldn't take my hand even. I felt worthless for years, and mom took her anger out on me. I wish i had your attitude. Debi

  • Bury him. As long as you live with the hope that one day he --or anyone else--will swoop down and love you and make it right, you will remain a sick prisoner of unrealistic hopes and expectations. The more you keep digging up a dead horse, the more rotten and maggoty it will become. Spit on his grave, tell him he was a loser, and walk away. I know it ain't normal to spit on someone's grave, but it's healthier than living in self-pity. Life isn't fair. Don't make let him win.

  • How did he destroy his feet? Hopefully you kids made up for his abuse to your Mom by treating her well...

  • He always had flat feet and I think he worked on a ladder wearing sneakers. You COULDN'T treat my mother well, because she was so injured by life that she didn't feel she deserved being treated well. I was probably her favorite son because I hung out with her and made her laugh, and forget her pain, although it WAS a real burden at times babysitting my own mother.

  • well I say that if your kids are making you that miserable then stop screwing your husband/wife without protection then cuz that's what happens :) and he had 6 kids took him that long to figure that out lol. and I agree, also ironic that a fat man that bathed once a week was saying that he didn't want to be seen with his wife because she was fat and an embarrassment. though I did feel bad for him when you told the toilet story but that was a good one :)

  • R.I.P.:/ :) and good luck where ever you are now! :P

  • Smerdley, do you have children?

  • Yes he died, in a way it is a bit spooky to think he is no longer here and can't reply to us.

  • Is Smerdley dead???

  • Smerdley you're PRICELESS!!! How come I'm only just now discovering your videos?! & when you laugh you remind me of Jim Varney :->

  • Our generation of children didn't have the protection from abusive parents that children have today. We didn't have anyone to go to and if we found someone to go to, we were scared to tell them anything for fear that we still had to live with the abusive parent and it would only get worst then. My parents smoked raleigh cigarettes too; it must have been the thing back then. Abuse your kids and smoke raleigh cigarettes! You weren't alone!
