I've taken cooking classes with Chef Loretta, as her cooking school is in my hometown. That accent is definitely authentic, and while she does occasionally suggest something that sounds like a really bad idea (like "drowning shrimp in tomato sauce") it always seems to turn out really good.

This is a horrible recipe! How can she drown shrimps in tomato sauce?

And if those shrimps were fresh, which taste of the sea do you think you can still enjoy? And just for a palate accustomed to lick the asphalt, it's imaginable remove the seeds from tomatoes... The Italians are famous for cooking, but not everyone understand something!
