A free weekly yoga show designed for real people doing real yoga. Come and join Dr Melissa West every week for a unique yoga experience. In the second episode of Namaste Yoga we we will explore the topic of awareness through the body, breath and thought. We will begin with a body scan and breath exploration to bring mindfulness to the body, breath and the thinking mind. Through various postures we will continually question: What is happening in my body? What is happening with my breath? What is happening in my mind? From this practice we will bring mindfulness into our everyday lives.
