but he actually started in 1999...

Are you sure that Shane McAnally and Sahne Mack are the same singer? I thought they were so I downloaded McAnally's album and he has a different voice and sings in a different way. I don't know, at last I removed it because I didn't like it and I REALLY LIKE SHANE MACK MUSIC o.O
