In this five vids I'm going to show a modification on the Sherline tailstock lathe
A constant sliding movement generates a wear in the base of the tailstock
this is provokes a loss of the alingnment of the tailstock with the center of the headstock
this way provoking a great difficult in making precises holes in very small diameter pieces.
This modification will allow both its a vertical adjustement as the horizontal adjustement
bringing the solution for this type of problem in the tailstocks that are already very used..
