Virtual On Oratorio Tangram - Temjin vs. Ajim

This is a training mode battle against the secret boss VR, Ajim. He's a very fast opponent, with very powerful weapons and sturdy armour. Basically, he's the trickiest AI opponent in the game. On top of that, I set the AI difficulty to maximum.

This game looks really similar to Custom Robo. Are they alike in gameplay?

@TheWildSeraph Partially, Custom Robo is far simpler. Virtual On has quite complex dashing mechanics, whereas Custom Robo is just an arena shooter really.

@Tippotipo yes, it was really the only way to aim in dreamcast version, however most of the virtual on series arcade cabinets always had dual stick controls. I liked ontario tangram very much, but could never get fully used to the new control scheme.

Dreamcast version plays fine with its control. Once you learn to use jump cancel technique, the gameplay shine.

@Kelvinian I dont know if the technology is there just yet. Some of the games with the best gameplay mechanics and graphics in these MMO type environments are instanced and not actually persistent. But it would be a goal to shoot for.
