What if 95% of all your fear, anxiety and worry were a good thing? What if you were misreading the signals coming from your IGS? It is time to start learning how to reinterpret what your mind thinks it knows about the sensations of fear, worry and anxiety.

  • @cacacaramuru I would recommend the work at thevoiceforlove website it is a dot com. DavidPaul is doing wonderful work that would be most helpful to you. They have a wonderful newsletter, a free hot line and I respect their work. You are going to be fine, you are already awakening to wanting something different in your life. That is the first step and the biggest one. You are welcome to use the video's on our Ahuma you tube site to support you as well. I will keep you in my thoughts!

  • Holla! Have you tried anxiety zero technique (It is at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy pretty much cured panicks with it.

  • @runtubefantasy I find that as well... I've suffered from severe debilitating anxiety attacks for 10 years and I'm a recluse now because of it. I still attempt to go out, but theres so much built up conditioning around particular settings where you can be aware of absolutely everything, every fear, doubt, worry, and your only reaction is to confront it, be combative with it which usually spurs it on.

  • @runtubefantasy I find that funny.

  • the thoughts are pointless by the time u get a panic attack. we're focused about the feeling now

  • @celestelboy

that;s all you saw? good luck!

  • Zen - this is a very good and you explain the internal Guidance System in a way I can understand. Thank you
