Barrio Dogs No More Chains

Barrio Dogs, Inc., is a growing, grassroots, 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Houston, Texas with an emphasis on education and in raising awareness on proper animal care in the low income communities. Founder Gloria Zenteno and her husband Javier are passionate about proper care and treatment of companion animals. This short film is
