  • This is a form demonstration, dude. And a correct one.

  • It's great to see someone using good form. Every single person I see at the gym yanks the bar down as they lean all the way back and try to do it quickly with a lot of weight.

  • @schecter1984 You are not the only one who sees that kind of ''show off'' morons, in my gym it's the same thing, a lot of guys who are the ''look at me tough i'm a tough guy'' characters, and they are training like some one who's new in the gym.

Composure is the most important thing to get the best results, not showing off as if it's some kind of competition.

  • I have a question. Do I need to make less repetitions with more weigth or vice-versa?

  • @Kolbe95

That's more a mental thing isn't it? I was told to only use my arms for this exercise.

  • its good form... for a bicep workout. When you do a Proper Lat Pulldown you pull using your lats first then arms second, this guy is using mainly his biceps. which is good if you want to work your arms mainly.

  • @nickpeter101 Exactly

  • @nickpeter101 I bet you can't either you stupid cunt

  • YA using good form with 20lbs... lets see him do his 6reps with heavy, lets see his awesome form then.

  • @k39564 NO lat pull downs suck. Instead do negatives on the pull-up bar

  • @k39564 It will, but keep trying to pull ups also. When I started doing pull ups I could only do 1, but I did 1 every day and I eventually was able to do 2 after about a week. Keep doing it and you'll be doing lots in no time!
