I read on youtube that Jackie was one of the writers of the song but was left off the credit as a 19 year old. Makes sense to me. She owns this song. No one can render it like she does.

Funny enough I never heard of Jackie Deshannon before, but now I'm glad I know her music.This is pure soul. It's also the best rendition of this song by any artist. I love this girl.
