13th Beach - Victoria at its best.

this was filmed at around 7am and the swell was at about 8ft-10ft. we were standing on a cliff, and some of the big waves out the back are nearly 500metres out.

Do the vicco locals get pissed with the blow ins? What if your from Melbourne but are a regular surfer on the coast? Do you get pissed with those types?
