This was made in danao, I've heard stories of the Philipino police actually getting their own weapons from there, so they never bother to shut it down. I was tempted to go but me mom said no, after i mentioned it.

@pauldamedtech these are manufactured using CNC machines, using mil-spec materials and standards. the rifle is hand assembled. the barrel group, trigger groups, upper and lower receivers, trigger groups and bolt carrier groups are all new and not surplus. this one is custom made and i assembled it myself. it is not illegal as long as you have the proper permit. it is perfectly legal to own a gun in PI whats illegal is when you take it out of your property and carry it loaded in public.

@lokalllize AR are the civilian version of the Military M16, HK is a German brand. AR M16 or HK comes in semi, select fire or full. it really depends on how it is config, autos are illegal somewhere...

Nice AR15,the parts really resembles the original,you can invest in gun manufacture industry and design original filipino assualt rifle.

@pauldamedtech LOL designing a new breed of assault rifles is a huge undertaking. it's best to just design using the current standards such as making your own variant of the Kalashnikov. It is not pretty or modular like the AR or M16s. but very simple and reliable gun. easy to clean and field strip.

My guess is the inner parts for example the charging handle and the bolt carrier are surplus parts,only the external part of this gun is made in danao.To the foreigners reading my comment.DO NOT BUY GUNS MADE IN DANAO,they are illegal and considered loosed firearms by the Philippine government,you might get into trouble by mere possesion of it.
