Edit: I was using Shadow Belt instead of Anduril's Blessing in this video. Use Anduril's Blessing instead to raise your all of your stats +2. It will give better results than this.

putting elemental runes in your offhand isn't useful if you're backstabbing. Although backstabbing uses both weapons despite the animation, there is a bug still unfixed in that only main hand runes trigger on each attack.

@sisterlynnmarie i know. i just put it there. it doesnt matter what you put in your offhand in this duel anyway. he'd still be dead in less than 5 secs.

- poisoning/sending an assassin to remove his biggest threats ..... FAILED

- using politic to win the landsmeet .... FAILED

- using force by dueling the Warden to win the landsmeet ..... FAILED in 15 seconds

@Dashvanu If you read the book Dragon Age: The Stolen Throne, you'll see why he was a hero. It's a shame power drove him insane, because he was a hell of a character in that book. If it wasn't for his past actions Ferelden would've succumbed in this Blight. Weird hm?

Took me about thi long too, except I used Morrigan and just froze him to the spot before unloading every spell I had on him. Froze him once more and he was done.

And is he supposed to be able to damage the character from across the room (with his sword, I mean)? Because I find it particularly irksome that I will be literally across the way, yet he swings from the other wall and shaves off 75% of my life.

What the hell equipment did you use? I'm a level 18 rogue, I've exhausted 10 soulrot bombs, two firebombs, and 3 acid bombs on him, backstabbed him for several minutes with multiple doses of 4 different types of poison, changed to a greatsword, changed back, and his lifebar still appears to be completely full.

What the hell? Is this a bug?

hehe, this fight looks quite smilar to mine.. also beat him in about 5 seconds by backstabbing like hell.. awesome job dude ;)
