About as much use as a chocolate fire-guard here in the UK ..no private security is allowed to be armed in any way.. Only Royal and diplomatic protection squad are allowed to carry fire arms ( as close protection) and only Royal or presidential protection if it is a requisition of their visit to this country to bring their own Bodyguards with them..Mistake in my opinion..we already have the Best in the world here..:)

I will say this and what i say is true. This is better than no training. I did see some boxing moves in there but even they were making critical mistakes ie: watch at 0:20 sec were the big guy in the white shirt throws a jab but then he drops his hand right after the punch, then he brings it back to his face. You should not drop your hands rather bring it strait back. All i'm saying is that it takes YEARS to learn boxing and years of training to make this affective. At least 2 years training.

Nothing like having a planned knfe attack from a total stranger.

I've seen masters of self defense and instructors who teach all that chinese and japanese shit and in real situations, it never looks this good. It's always sloppy and even more dangerous than an untrained fighther because they reach for knives and shit. Most of the times, they get sliced pretty decent.
