I've been there about 20 times myself. They are sharks to people who don't know anything about the product they're seeking. If you name the model of what you're looking for, how much it cost at bigger local retailers and how much you're willing to pay, they will usually make the deal (which can be great). That's cool you were able to get your phone for 30,000 KRW.
