I really h8 their account payment system. If you de-activate an account, they will still charge you... to cancel it on your card, you have to call them and go through a series of questions WHY you want to cancel... When you can mostly anything else online.. This is how they make their money by screwing over customers.. I had a bill for 120 dollars after a year of not using my account, funny thing is, when I logged on before I deactivated my payment plan, the account was unplayable to begin with

im apologising for my comment on yur first part of this,i didnt know they didnt tell u before about removing the hdd,my bad,i do feel for yu tho man,i had dealings with them 2,their fuckin useless.

they answer real quick (within a few rings after the 1st IVR), then the person always transfers you (I guess they hire monkeys as the 1st line) that's when your on hold. they transfer you even when you don't ask them to lol.
