  • "'you lose weight....because you die." had me DYING.

  • Perhaps Asian diet is the key instead. They're not obese like America is.

  • love that it makes a prrt noise when they use bacon as a transition.

  • AMERICA! FUCK YEA!!!!!

  • AMERICA! FUCK YEA!!!!!

  • I swear, America has become such a ridiculously consumerist society that Americans will buy into any stupid idea. Get a clue!

  • @pkil232 Me too xD

  • @IwillKillYourCereal So sumo wrestlers can't just quit being one? That's...sad. If the carbs burn first then rice isn't the problem. It's what you eat w/ it that will store the fat. And the more meaty the diet is, the more fat is stored in the body.

  • @jp3813 Japan has laws against people being overweight in the workforce. They have little choice in the matter. Anywho, during a diet, you're supposed to eat very little carbs (like rice) because the body will burn the carbs before it burns the fat. Eating chicken, turkey, pork, ect. is better for losing weight than starches and carbs. I will admit that eating red meat and things drenched in saturated fats are definitely worse for you than rice is.

  • @IwillKillYourCereal But compared to ribs, burgers, hotdogs, pizzas, etc... rice is way less fattening. It's true that eating too much is always fattening in various degrees, but I think the budget is just a small part of why America is the fattest country in the world. No matter the social class in Japan, for example, there are very few overweight people.

  • @jp3813 The key is to eat LESS. China's obesity rates are rising because more people can afford to eat more. They eat what they usually eat, but are eating more of it. Rice actually is quite fattening (if you eat it all the time).

  • dear gosh i hate this one. (my dad froced me on it) i felt like i wanted to rips someone head off after a few days into it. made be really crapy and what not
