Barking Dogs

This is just a SMALL snippet of what we have been dealing with for over a year now. Keep in mind this happens 7 days a week, 10-20 times a day. These barking "sessions" last anywhere from 1-25 minutes and as early as 0600 hours and don't stop until after 2300 hours at times. You should note the dogs are already barking well before I am able to get the camcorder and hit record.... and, I am not able to capture each time they are doing this. I have however, taken 20 video clips of this nature in the past two days.

I have not called to complain at this point. I am hoping the problem will resolve itself. Not sure why. It has been over a year and it has not rectified itself... even after asking nicely AND getting upset and not asking so nicely.  I have over 30 video clips at this point. I just want to make sure I have enough for court... should I go to court for the complaint I will eventually sign.
