@lostluver23 poor Derek knew he was dead but he with his calming and reasonable nature althouth the guy wanted to kill him and final,he manage to somehow get him out of his own opinion and convince him that even doctors are human,they're not God,but when April run into the scene she ruined the moment and the guy remembered why he is there and probably the anger and madness took over him again.
