Definitely NOT the Phoenix because this suit has the elastic sleeves . The Phoenix suits had the french cut jumpsuit sleeves. Looks closer to the Prehistoric Bird suit than anything else, but really doesn't look exactly like it.

It is 1975. You can barely tell, but sometimes when he turns to reveal his back, he appears to be wearing his "Firebird" or "Pheonix" suit.
