@svtman93 Civic si's aren't really about 0-60 times. They're supposed to be little sporty trackable cars, something you can drive to the auto cross or track on the weekend, beat the snot out of it, then drive it home comfortably. Each car has its purpose, and straight lines aren't what the civic si was ever about.

@sebalinsky it was by far the best sounding Civic ever...even without all the bolt on goodies, it still sounded so darn good ! Better then the GS-R and Type R Integras of the same year....And this new ugly piece of shit...well...Honda continues loosing loyal costumers and fans. And untill they get rid of those "Buick minded" -play it safe engineers and hire some automotive souls with passion for speed and style, they'll continue loosing fans....

@svtman93 Don't get me wrong, I like the 4th gen civics better than the current, but the fact is Civics are not supposed to sports cars. And believe it or not 1 second is a very big difference on the track.

New si was very disappointing to me. Sure it is a slight bit faster but all the fun just kinda went away. I drove both the 8th and 9th gen and the 8th was much more fun to me. VTEC and high RPM power is what makes a Honda fun. Take that away and....Killjoy. Plus that VTEC light is just silly my S2000 doesn't need a light nor did the 8th because VTEC kicks in with a loud BARK.
