Backbend training this Labor Day weekend. Did this after a 20 mile bikeride in the city. I was feeling a little tight. This is mostly hollow back technique. (Hollow back is when you keep your chin to your chest.)

  • can you gain this kind of flexibility? I'm 17 years old by the way. I can't do the splits, but I can do a full pike stretch

  • i have been working so hard to learn the handstand you do at 0.30, its amazing! But it makes me wonder, does the hollow back technique work for better balance in that move? because i used to have my head in the regular position and i think my handstand could use some improvement.
