3 people aren't 100% American.

@Bladerunner93 Technically, it was "I may be a criminal lunatic but I'm an AMERICAN criminal lunatic!" Still great and when I read, I instantly knew John Byrne was ripping off/paying tribute to this.

@Bladerunner93 Plus, the Joker believes in chaos. Nazis are all about order. I always thought RED Skull should have been a Soviet. Black is the signature color of fascism.

The Joker had a similar logic during a crossover with Captain America, where he worked with the Red Skull. The Joker found out that Red Skull was a Nazi, and said he wasn't going to work with him anymore.
"But you're a homicidal maniac!"
"Yes, but I'm an AMERICAN homicidal maniac!"

Everytime I see this part I feel the need to have a Tommy gun in my hand.

@1985Nebraska Rocketeer, DIck Tracy, Honey I Shrunk the Kids and Roger Rabbit: That WAS a great stable of movies. I'd add in "The Flight of the Navigator". The late 80's/early 90's were a great period for Disney.

I love how the mobsters essentially become the good guys at the end. "Go get 'em, kid" is one of those underrated movie lines that I'll never forget. Even though the mobsters are criminals, they have a sort of code that they follow. Nazis, and especially Nazi spies, are not exactly the kinds of characters that we're expected to sympathize with, lol. Plus, I just really like Paul Sorvino.

I remember when this came out when I was 9. I was at Epcot center and we went on a tour. There was an advertisment for this movie shown on a big screen. I used to love that rocket pack!
