I don't know about him going to Paradise, as we think of it, the day Jesus died, because he went and preached to the spirits that were in prison, in the grave, or as the psalmist said, "his soul was not left in Hell." You know what I mean, not the lake of fire.

Thank you!!! Amen

Paul never said that Jesus told him not to baptize anybody. He did baptize several people, and preached the same gospel as the other apostles. He said that in 1 Corinthians because he was talking about people in the churches going after certain apostles because they had baptized them, rather than following after Jesus Christ the Lord.

"Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins..."
All those who know not God, and obey not his gospel, shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the Lord...
You are a false teacher. John 1:11 Speaking of Jesus " He came unto his own, ie jews, and his own received him not.vs 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God ie Born again Believers. even to them that believe on his name:" The people will perish because of your deceptive teaching. I pray that The Spirit of God will open peoples eyes to your heresy. WOW!!!

@Mr308winmag,
I honestly don't understand what you are so confused about, neighbor. John 1:11 is the truth. Where have I spoken anything contrary to it? You keep accusing me of heresy, but you keep refusing to identify what you are talking about. I am beginning to grow weary of this conversation. I have much work to do. If I can be of help to you in the doctrine of Christ, please let me know. If you just desire an argument with someone, please move on. I will no longer entertain you.

@wordprophet You said in this video that Jesus wasn't preaching salvation to the gentiles right? I'm sure you'll try to deny that as well. But in John 1:11 The Jew ie his own wouldn't receieve him but as many as receieved him ie gentile. to them gave he the power or the right or privilege. to become the sons of God. That's salvation. Don't worry about entertaining me because you have not at all! You sir have twisted the scriptures as bad as anyone i've ever seen. I will not comment again.

Neighbor, John 1:11 was written after the resurrection of Christ, and is not limited to the Jews. To have power to become a son of God does not mean that one is a Christian. It means that he is made able to become a Christian. No man may obey the gospel of Christ unless he is first born again. To be born again is to be able to see God's kingdom. To become a Christian is to enter into it by obeying the gospel command of his apostles (Acts 2:38, John 3:5).
You are very confused...

The Gentiles (non-Jews) believed the gospel and were saved...and then they were baptized. Again, Scripture is clear on the matter. If you have specific questions about particular verses, let me know.

There is nothing in that passage of scripture that suggests that those people were saved before they were baptized in Jesus name. They were certainly not saved until they had obeyed the gospel. Peter commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then they were saved.
Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Baptism is for the remission of sins.
