Mother 3 (Earthbound 2) gameplay

Its just me playing Mother 3 aka (Earthbound 2) I just started playing this game so i haven't really gotten used to the sound combo system. This takes place at Oshoe Castle and I just got Kumatora.

@Ryyuuzakii This is Mother 3. The Sequel to Mother 2 aka EarthBound in America. If you played Super Smash Bros Brawl. This is the game where Lucas is from.

i know some people are trying to translate Mother 3 ROM into english... but its been a while since I've heard about it.. anyone know any new information?

They are almost finished with the translation. Most of the the stuff has already been done now that's left is basically testing. I'd expect the translation patch to come out late October or maybe November at the latest. Of course I could be wrong so just take that info with a grain a salt.

Don't correct someone if you don't even know yourself. Or at least clarify a bit if you actually do know. This game was only released in Japan, but he's playing something called an emulator and he did something called patching. He patched the ver. of this game (which is in Japanese) to english. Simple stuff.

Its an amazing RPG, a heartrending story, a unique almost action style combat system, and theres an english translation. Look it up.

I stand completely corrected...I tried it out last week...and Mother 3 is frikk'n amazing!

Tells at least me, that gameplay videos can not convey how much you'll like or dislike the game once you play it.

I'm not that far in Mother 3 yet...second "chapter" or about 2-3 hours in. But damn, the story is excellent (yet sad)!
