One thing I take away from this video is that... we love mainly for ourselves. We love because it's what makes us who we are, it's what defines our humanity & our lives. We often think that love is about the object of our affection & I guess to some extent, that's true. But I think we should not ignore that we love for our own good, more than anyone else's. We benefit from the act of loving more than who/what we give that love to. Thank you, Hank.
