So much for playing video games without a CD. Talk about false advertisement.

I have just recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate, but there are random freezes. These are "short" freezes and only last about 12-18 seconds. Most of the time, the freezes just crash my computer. My computer meets the recommended standards for Windows 7. Any solutions?

We'd need to know your full hardware specs, dude. I've ran Windows 7 on a single-core PC with 2 Gigs of RAM at full graphical settings and I didn't suffer any hiccups whatsoever. Might be something very simple.

Did you upgrade, or clean install?

It may be baseless, but you can't deny that Vista is chock-full of bugs, uses an extremely poor (and ridiculous) memory management system, and overcomplicates literally EVERYTHING. I hacked my Vista until I got it the way I wanted to, but it didn't solve the RAM wastage or the bugs. Windows 7 has all of the strengths of VIsta, with none of the weaknesses.
