  • I'm totally obsessing on her skirt! It's like dancing with her. 2:45--perfect!

  • Yikes. This girl is not showing an inch of skin, and she makes this respectable group dance completely sexy. The pirouettes towards the camera @ 4:15 show off the talent of a true ballet devotee. Everything about Cyd was amazonian- this number further proves such. "Beautiful dynamite" indeed.

  • Fabulous! A real find - thank you.

  • Oh, the lovely Cyd! I wanted to be her. She had legs that went up to her shoulders, I swear. One of the most beautiful of all. This is GREAT! Thank you!

  • Thanks for posting this, Omarov! I just linked to it from my blog.

  • Although it's obvious that Cyd Charisse was a born dancer, how much real WORK did this lady do - along with musicians, choreogaphers, costumiers & everbody on every set - to make it all seem so EFFORTLESSLY P E R F E C T !!

    What JOY !!

    Thanks for posting OMAROV

  • This is why I love her!!!!!

  • This number springs to life around 2:52 and Cyd just soars, taking everyone else with her. Even this stupid song can't hold them back, though it appears to be trying.

  • dear multi you don't fool anyone, we see what's going on here, the colonies. Shame, shame on all of you, you deserve what you get now. Nothing, no sense is what you get, exactly. Call me all the names you want, were just laughing at you while you go broke. Keep it up, and thank you.

  • We sold this, MGM copyrighted it so it couldn't be taught but sold. Mr. Multi re:education, The Classics are taught here but as far as modern you can't find one educational institution ie: college that offers modern as a career opportuntiy. I take that back there is one, only one. Is that clear enough?

  • @MrFalconford

Whaa....? Your comment makes no sense, express your thoughts more coherently if you want to be taken seriously.

  • Along with most of these innane comments, this is considered modern dance. Born in the USA. But sold as an export. 100 univ. offer Masters degrees in ballet in the USA but only 1 offers a Masters in Modern. Sold to the highest bidder, China wins and the USA teaches Ballet to it's youth and few notice and few care as long as capitalism reighns and the gas tank is full.
