  • I don't agree with this bill at all. We already have a well oiled and designed system to determine justice, and the rights we give to those charged or suspected of crimes should be upheld.

I think the "language" of this bill is about non-citizens. Anyone we apprehend should be given a fair and SPEEDY trial and to have all the rights that Americans have.

Innocent until proven guilty, even for those we suspect to do the worst. Gotta have proof and gotta not keep them in prison indefinitely.

  • This pisses me off so much I have to add another comment. What is it with McCain ? Wasn't he captured , held interrogated and imprisoned by the very type of country he wants the US to become. He should be made to have a sanity hearing.

  • McCain is not even a US citizen, born in Panama, Married to Cindy Hensley whose father was part of Vegas Meyer Lansky"Murder Inc. Mob" McCain was part of Keating 5 that cost taxpayers $20 Billion in Saving-Loan debacle 1990's. Failed President, just like Al Gore's "Global Taxing", McCain seeks revenge on America by Labeling us Terrorist's and turning our Military against us. Here come FEMA death camps. Hitler's coming to America and John McCain's coming with him.

  • Stop looking the parties like there is a difference!? there is not! The abuse of power is on both sides of the isle. You have to stop pushing that there is a difference, Barrack would love if this was passed. True (small r) republican ideals would never go for this. Both parties are detached and not responsible to their constituents. We have been disenfranchised people.

  • This is a Libertarian plot!

  • So the federal police of all signators to the Geneva conventions should arrest dissenters and turn them over to the US authorities? No way that's gonna happen in Canada! McCain and his cronies are on their way out. Why else write a bill like this?

  • This is funny enough but true enough to laugh while you cry.
