Ever since my father was stricken with Parkensons Desease 2 years ago, I've listed to this song, saying goodbye to my father because the desease robbed him of his ability to speak then later the ability to recognize me or communcate at all. My father died Friday December 14, 2012. This was also his birthday, exactly 87 years ago. He will be missed :-(

The message of the song is right, life is chapters of goodbyes. I lived it. I love you Dad!

I can relate to this song. My dad died in a car accident on May 25, 2012. And the last thing I said to him was about the lawn, I said yeah dad, I'll mow the lawn. And that's all, he left to give a friend a ride to work and never made it home. I just wish I could've said, "I love you dad!" Cause I do. I wish he was still here, If not for me then for mom
