And they have the right to defend themselves against illigal publication, but the producers of these beautiful and popular contortion video's should keep in mind that YouTube is a very good way to draw the attention of a lot of people to their work. This could lead to a ancrease of the sales.

I do understand why they've asked you to stop, but I also understand why people want to see the videos. Compromise: The video producers could make, say, a five-minute preview clip which people can freely upload to Youtube - and if people want any more, they pay. Free advertising ;)
