just go to a lighter class in the npc, i dont see why u would have to gain, look at kevin english at 202, i think he diets down from 225 to 230

thanx for the reply. do u mean eating over caloric intake on low carb days? I find it real easy. I work out on carbload days. whats ur take on that?

It's possible that you will eat over your calorie intake on carb-up days. From what I read and experienced it really doesn't matter if you workout on a high carb day or not. Depends on you.

The Anabolic Diet is fine. However, I find it to be too restrictive and not optimal for having a life. Carbohydrates is not the problem. The problem is eating over your caloric limit.
