Vilja, O Vilja, was tust Du mir an? Bang fleht ein liebkranker Mann!
  • GERMAN IS AN INCREDIBLE LANGUAGE TO SING. IT SOUNDS SO SOFT AND SWEET, MUCH MORE THAN ENGLISH OR FRENCH

  • Kár, hogy nem magyarul énekel...!

  • OOH,this is very beautiful *-*, Bravi!

  • @Anavyia Just came back from the New Years Eve Gala at the Barbican in London, London Symphony orchestra... Ana James sang the most stunningly beautiful rendition of Vilja in English that I have ever heard. Almost brought a tear to the eye.

  • maravillosa voz, no la conocía. Un placer escucharla!!!

  • @redai58 Any chance you could persuade her to record some more videos?

Even a DVD? That would be great.

  • Number of other versions I also like - Elisabeth Schwarzkopf, Beverly Sills,

Kathleen Battle, Sumi Jo, nevertheless, I like this lady Krisztina Dávid above them all

    singing Vilja! Brava, Krisztina!!!

  • Very beautiful, but listen to Sumi Jo, especially the last time she sings

the very High Vilja, that`s the way I remembered, and don`t forget the beautiful voice of Kathleen Battle really gorgeous, thanks

  • @PANABURDACCS

  • BRAVA! BRAVA!

  • @PANABURDACCS

That depends entirely on the song and the singer!

There are truly wonderful singers and songs in French and English, and some bloody awful ones in German.
