One of my budgies (who´s dead now) was deeply in love with my other budgie, who probably thought that he was just a big pain in the ass. And yes they are both boys but you can´t stop the love they had to eachother

they are both boys, they where just to young to have eveloped the blue color in the wax.

it can and does happen in the animal kingdom especially budgies they aren't always their "born into" gender role .. they assume whatever role is necessary if there's no females around they bond with eachother more often than not regardless of whether they can mate or not. for that is true love and need of another kindred spirit. its more than just about your silly gonads.

i had 2 budgies (both male) that loved each other :) older one died on march 21st this year :( was funny to watch them though :D
