This is where I am with the deadlifts at the moment, I only started deadlifting a few weeks back so don't be too hard on me! Hope to get these locked in within the next week or so.
So I was looking through my subscriptions and found this video and I just wanted to tell you to look forward when deadlifting instead of looking down like you did in the video. Lots of guys get bad backs or spines from making this mistake. Good luck on training! Oh and what's your deadlift max (or for reps) now?
@timscarfe Oh yeah! I love deadlifts!! I have also probably lifted 2x my bodyweight. I weigh 145 lbs and lifted close to 290 for 1 rep. Deadlifts are beasts of an exercise!

WOAHHH! Nice, tim! Like he said, "that is a fucking lot of weight." :D
I personally think Tim could have done even more. did you see how he lifted it as if it wasn't much to him?
