again Sparks are an iron fist in a velvet glove....the overall sound is pure pop but their lyrics pack a powerful punch (when it`s christmas he has to stay home and be the family man )

Music is waaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of its time. I would have expected to hear this on an early Strokes album or something by Bloc Party. Goes to show you how "original" these newer bands are.

I was eleven when I bought this album all the hippies in the record store were looking down at me and I was a bit scared. I've spent so many Xmas with that song since then (althrough my punk years, my rap years, my house years, my old years hahaha)
