Spacewalker II - 120 (1)

One of my first flights with the Spacewalker II. Seagull Model 210cm wingspan fitted with OS 120 engine ( 20cc). Flying from the fairground at Chiclana, Spain. Nice day, no wind. The plane flys beautifully, very easy to manage and land, (the bouncy landing in this video was my fault, I wasn't concentrating!) and the engine gives more than enough power for sport flying. I have the throws on all surfaces set to the minimum recomended till I get the feel of it. The kit by seagull models is excellent, extremely well finished, and all the hardware is of good quality. Very easy to build ( if you have some experience) and looks really nice. I certainly recommend it.

nice ! what engine ?

This one had an OS 120 that was really nice. Unfortunately I crashed it shortly after the video was taken, while doing a low inverted pass ( not the easiest of planes to fly inverted, but still it was my fault, not the plane's ;-)

I now have built another Spacewalker 2.1 m wingspan and put on a DLE 20cc petrol engine. Also flies very well.

@davidriley061 grasias.. por su aboservacion amigo... entonses.. cuando tenga tiempo paso por le hobby shop... paretirar el mio.. de estos.... jeje......... pensava ponerle un 15 cc.. pero aqui los americanos me disen q ... no sera recmendable... nose por q.... talvez. sea por q todos usan nitro.... y pues para mi... gas es super mas barato..... q el nitro.. peor el motor de 15 cc esta muy caro... a 240... dolares... tu no tienes uno varato lol / q me vendas..

@ishdj Hi, Hola. si, hablo algo de español. Vuela muy bien el avión, perfecto como primer avión de ala baja. Muy noble. pero cuidado con el centro de gravedad. Hay que equilibrarlo bien ( como todos los aviones) Casí pierdo el mio la semana pasada por obviar este detalle!!

Vuelo invertido, pues mejor hacerlo con mucha altura, o no hacerlo ;-)

Con un DLE gasolina de 20 cc, es una delicia. Disfrutalo!

Hi, sorry, I am not familiar with a gan engine. Do you mean "gas" ( petrol for the brits). I crashed the model in this video and have now just finished another one. I have put in a DLE 20cc petrol engine that is great.
