My own little variation of the swing forces me to use the legs more and improves conventional deadlift strength.

  • i dont get it, why dont you just swing them like you would do normally with DKBs. I get that this variation is meant to help, but the regular way is just as taxing on the posterior chain anyway. A great way to increase DLs, are rack pulls, i love 'em,
